Position Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Schedule Manager to oversee the scheduling and coordination of activities within our organization. The Schedule Manager will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing schedules to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of various departments and functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client-facing main point of contact with the MTA
- Main interface point with multiple stakeholders to manage the integrated project schedule
- Prepare monthly schedule updates, routine reports, and schedule fragments
- Identify, analyze, and resolve project schedule issues/conflicts
- Attend all scheduled meetings
- Monitor schedules and make adjustments as necessary to accommodate changes in priorities, deadlines, or staffing levels
- Ensure that schedules are communicated effectively to all relevant parties and provide regular updates on any changes or conflicts
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to scheduling activities
Qualifications:
- 7+ years’ experience with the scheduling of construction projects
- Demonstrated expertise in Primavera P6, required
- Experience as Schedule Manager of large public works projects
- Excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Annual Salary Range: $100,000 to $110,000/year
