POSITION DESCRIPTION
Position reports to the Parts Shipping Supervisor.Support Part Sales to achieve departmental goals. Pull, pack and label parts for shipment (includes boxing parts and building wood crates for shipping). Provide inventory assistance. Coordinate prompt, efficient and timely flow of paperwork. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Load and unload trucks via forklift
- Identify parts by reading labels/orders and pull parts
- Prepare parts orders for shipping to include all labels and bill of lading
- Build wood crates using various saws and air powered staple guns
- Pull, pack and label parts for shipment (includes boxing parts and building wood crates for shipping)
- Prepare parts orders for shipping to include all labels and bill of landing
- Build wood crates using various saws and air powered staple gun
- Responsible for Inventory accuracy and cycle counts for the Parts and Service Department.
- Drive forklift
- Basic math skills for inventory reporting
- Work independently
- Drive Company vehicle to different plants to pull parts
- Excellent communications, customer service and organizational skills
- Familiar with Federal Express software systems, Familiar with LTL freight processes.
- AS400 experience is a plus
- Forklift experience is a plus, Familiar with LTL freight processes
- Basic computer and typing skills

- High School diploma or GED or equivalent relevant experience
- Basicmath skills for inventory reporting
