We also offer a wide range of in-ground pool maintenance services to ensure that our customers’ pools are always in top condition. We are looking for a Weekly Maintenance Manager & Scheduling Coordinator for our Maintenance Division.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating schedules for power vacuums and weekly maintenance
- Working with technicians to ensure jobs get done efficiently.
- Assist clients with appointment scheduling, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Assist the pool opening department with scheduling
- Address client inquiries and provide basic information about the company’s services.
- Collecting job tickets and coordinating comeback tickets
- Handing over job tickets to billing department
- Ensuring quality control by making sure workers are uploading pictures and properly filling out job tickets and uploading them into Jobber.
- Update and input data into the appropriate documents as a job progresses.
- Quote generation.
- Assist with lead generation and customer communications through text messaging and phone calls
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years of office/scheduling experience
- Associate degree is preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a face-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize workflow.
- Basic computer knowledge (email, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Problem solving capabilities.
- Reliable, self-motivated and a team player.
- Knowledge of the pool industry or construction business is a plus.
