Sales Support Specialist / Weekly Pay

Job Position: Sales Support Specialist

Location: Austin, TX 78728

Pay Rate: $22/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Are you looking for a company that is hiring immediately? We re now hiring immediately for our Sales Support Specialist job in Austin, TX. This is a Customer Service orientated position supporting the sales department with various responsibilities.

Sales Support Specialist Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)

• Respond quickly to customer issues to resolve order discrepancies and escalate to sales rep when issues arise

• Receive and process purchase orders

• Monitor incoming rejection lists and non-conformance lists to manage product flow

• Manage spare parts inventory

• Coordinate with other departments such as production, quality, sales, and accounting

• Other duties as assigned

Sales Support Specialist Shift Info

• Day Shift, 08:00 am to 05:00 pm

• Monday - Friday

Sales Support Specialist Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

• High School Diploma/GED required

• Excel proficiency with Vlookup and pivet charts is required

• 2 or more years experience in client services, sales, or a related field

• Excellent at communicating over the phone and handling phone systems

• Occasional lifting, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 pounds
