Perry Office Plus is Central Texas' largest independent workplace solutions supplier and has an immediate opening for a Marketing Support Specialistto join our team.
At the direction of the Marketing Manager, this position supports our sales and marketing efforts from our north Temple headquarters with both administrative and creative work daily.
Responsibilities
In a typical week, this person will:
- Design, print, and assemble marketing materials for the sales team.
- Plan, write, and produce marketing emails, social media posts, blog posts, case studies, and more.
- Update product content for our ecommerce site.
- Take and edit photographs of special projects for promotional purposes.
Occasionally, this person will:
- Provide fill-in support for the rest of our marketing team.
- Plan and produce company events.
- Coordinate and organize samples.
Requirements
We are searching for a high-quality professional who:
- Has graphic design experience and is proficient in Adobe Products (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign). Work samples encouraged.
- Is proficient in Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Has at least some marketing or sales experience.
- Is flexible, dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Is a fast-learner and able to problem-solve.
- Works well independently & open to learning new skills.
- Enjoys a professional office environment.
- Can pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
