1st Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm
6-Month Contract
As Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the development and execution of quotes and orders for a specific customer base and territory. You will also be responsible for the management of Salesforce Opportunities, tracking orders and communicating with customers on order updates and deliveries.
Among other things, you will be responsible for selling OEM parts, repairs of parts, and any other part related initiative, for a defined territory on behalf of the AGT organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Communicate with regional entities on Salesforce opportunity creation and management.
- Develop client relationships at all levels, display excellent listening skills, and maintain a positive attitude in the face of adversity.
- Define and obtain a clear understanding of the client needs.
- Create quotes.
- Interact with buyers, MRPCs, Pricer, engineering and other colleagues within the organization to
- Generating various reports to support the needs of the organization.
- Communicate with client on orders status updates, deliveries, payments, etc.
- Remain current with industry/market and the technology/solutions that effects clients' industry.
- Strong SAP Atlas Experience.
- Strong Excel reporting experience and analysis (VLOOKUP, Macros, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- 5 years of relevant Customer Service / Sales experience.
- Industrial sales experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and/or Power Generation.
- Experienced working in a highly matrixed organization.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high demanding business.
- Aftermarket sales experience desirable
- Familiarity with power generation equipment (Turbines)
- Bilingual English – Spanish
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
