As an Events Project Coordinatorm, you will maintain a donor portfolio and build donor partnerships by creating and implementing communication plans, developing strategies to meet Fraser fundraising goals, and monitoring and ensuring fulfillment of special-event sponsorship agreements.

The Events Project Coordinator is part of the Fraser Development team, and is responsible for supporting Fraser signature events with high attention to detail, time sensitivity, and special attention to internal and external donors and sponsors.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • With the Special Events and Volunteer Manager, attends production meetings, silent auction committee meetings, location meetings, and donor meetings.
  • Creates event project timelines and task lists, and documents processes related to events.
  • Coordinates event registration, communications, and reporting for events to publicize event details and increase fundraising revenues.
  • Creates and provides event-specific setup information and instructions, in coordination with volunteer coordinator.
  • Creates strategy and leads an in-kind silent auction donation committee to canvas businesses, ask for donations, and collect and deliver donations to Fraser.
  • Catalogs all donations, photographs items, writes descriptions, sets bid pricing, and posts items to event auction website.
  • Prepares and packages silent auction items for transport to and from event locale.
  • Creates and provides event-specific setup information and instructions, in coordination with volunteer coordinator.
  • Actively networks with corporate professional and community groups to build a network of event participants and supporters.
  • Oversees community tabling events.
  • Creates strategy and leads an in-kind silent auction donation committee to canvas businesses, ask for donations, and collect and deliver donations to Fraser.
  • Catalogs all donations, photographs item, writes descriptions, sets bid pricing, and posts items to event auction website.
  • Prepares and packages silent auction items for transport to and from event.

Location & Schedule:

  • Richfield Corporate Office / Hybrid
  • This is a full-time position working during standard business hours, Monday - Friday plus events

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License with acceptable record.
  • Minimum of 2 years of event experience, preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year leading community engagement efforts.
