The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral role supporting the recruiting function and contributes to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the recruiting process. This position will require the Recruiting Coordinator to develop an understanding of all KBR’s recruiting processes for candidate management, government regulation compliance, company policy administration, and other related activities in support of recruiting. Reports to the Manager of Recruiting

Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in the coordination and administration of routine, TA transactions
  • Support Sustainable Technology Solutions Recruiters with daily TA processes.
  • Perform Quality checks and audits on all requisitions
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Recruiters
  • Responsible for data accuracy and reporting for all recruiting matters
  • Generate reports related to work and provide regular, timely updates to the recruiters and Manager of Recruiting.
  • Create proper documentation for required processes
  • Work within Applicant Tracking System (Workday) to support administrative recruiting functions, track candidate status, and retrieve necessary data
  • Managing screening / interviewing logistics, utilizing applicable TA technologies such as Workday and social media, initiating and monitoring pre-hire diligence, issue triage and resolution, referral payout processing, etc.
  • Supports administrative function for social media activities, recruiting calendars, and various recruiting programs
  • Ensures a positive, seamless recruiting process for all internal partners, stakeholders, and candidates.
  • Ensures seamless end-to-end TA experience for candidates.
  • Triage key issues that arise during the recruitment process.
  • Drives root cause analysis for issues that arise during the recruitment process.
  • Distributes requisite tools and templates to support the recruiting process.
  • Updates all recruiting process and policy documentation as requested.
  • Oversee planning and logistics of recruiting events such as open houses and career fairs.
  • Initiates and monitors pre-hire diligence, including background checks and drug screens.
  • Supports and works closely with Manager of Recruiting on all recruiting matters.
  • Performs other assigned duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Human Resources Department management.

Qualifications:

  • Requires a high school diploma; 3 plus years of administrative experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • BA/BS preferred.
  • Experience working within or supporting a Recruiting or Human Resources team preferred.
  • Experience preferred with Workday and social media.
