Essential Duties/Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:
- Posting open positions to internal and external job search web sites.
- Initiate daily follow up with restaurant properties to obtain feedback regarding candidate flow, and generate reports for analysis.
- Will support recruiting efforts by maintaining or establishing new contacts with schools nationwide.
- Conduct exit interviews and reference checks.
- Research and coordinate upcoming school or company sponsored career fairs, and ensure that all leaders attending are registered for the events.
- Additional responsibilities will include administrative functions and various special projects as assigned.
Requirements: The successful candidate will have professional verbal and written communication skills, and possess strong organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. At least 1 year previous experience in recruiting support is preferred, and knowledge of iCIMS applicant tracking system is a plus.
Demonstrated knowledge of recruiting techniques, including use of internet and social media sourcing tools is required.
