Job Description
We are looking for an HR Assistant/Recruiting coordinator in Irving TX. Primary responsibility will assist OnSite Manager with Administrative Tasks and Recruiting efforts. There is a need for an effective communicator, someone who is able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns.
HR Assistant/Recruiting Coordinator Job Duties:
• Answer Phones
• Assist candidates with applications and coordinate interviews
• Administer Drug Tests and perform background checks
• Administer skill evaluations
• Perform Orientations
• Process I9's
• Perform Timekeeping edits
• Daily reporting
• No recruiting experience necessary but preferred
• Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations
• Review and update employee records
• Enforce company policies, rules and regulations
• Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants
SUMMARY
• The person in this position must be friendly and genuinely interested in the business, agenda, and needs of others, including the company, its management, the team, the company's customers, or all of the above.
• A persuasive, teaching style of communication is required to communicate the company's policies, programs, and systems.
• A faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position.

REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• 2+ years experience in Administrative role
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to type 40+ wpm
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Valid Driver License
• High School Diploma/GED
• Able to work in Fast paced environment
