``Duties``` We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Assistant to join our private medical office team & Medical Spa. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our Medical office and Spa, both located in the same building. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome patients/clients. Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Schedule appointments -assisting other office staff for day to day office needs.- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
```Experience``` To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications: Skills: - Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred - Knowledge of medical and spa office procedures is a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in computer , typing and scheduling software –
