SalaryResponsibilities would include manning the Front Desk of a busy office. Duties would include mail management, entering invoices into Quickbooks. Ordering supplies and keeping office stocked. Maintaining printers and copiers etc. being helpful with New Hires, scheduling, etc. Duties vary constantly however there are core tasks that would need to be maintained.
We are looking for an upbeat friendly person who has good office skills. Full training is given.
