- Patient care coordination/insurance authorizations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Provide medical administrative support such as answering phone calls, managing patient records, and handling disability/FMLA paperwork.
Experience
- Proficient in medical terminology, coding, and medical administrative procedures.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems, Eclinical works a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is a MUST
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide compassionate, respectful patient care.
MUST be energetic, proficient with Mac computers, have the ability to multitask, very comfortable making phone calls and speaking over the phone.
-Spanish speaking is a plus
We have four offices: Montville, Montclair, Teaneck and Hackettstown. Must be able to drive between offices on patient days which are Tuesdays and Fridays only. Montville is our main office.
