At Rapid Security Inc., we offer a wide range of security systems including video surveillance, access control, and alarm systems. We also provide installation, maintenance, and monitoring services to ensure that our systems are functioning properly.
Responsibilities:
-Answer and direct all incoming calls to the correct person
-Assist in the day to day operations of the office
-Book Travel arrangements as requested
-Assist with AP/AR
-Input all vendor invoices that come in
-Prioritize customer and vendor complaints or issues
-Great incoming customer
-Assist and work with our Service Coordinator in scheduling service
-Maintain and file all documents
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- At least 2 years of Quickbook experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in Google G Suite
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm in office. Employees are not restricted from earning overtime but is not required for this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
