Our team is currently seeking a highly organized, enthusiastic, and dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a warm welcome and a
smooth, efficient experience from start to finish. Ability to travel to multiple locations a plus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing courteous and accurate information.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, optimizing the practice’s schedule.
- Process patient payments and handle billing inquiries with accuracy.
- Maintain patient records with up-to-date information.
- Perform insurance verification and effectively communicate with insurance companies to manage claims and pre-authorizations.
- Facilitate patient communication, providing reminders for upcoming appointments and follow-up on treatment plans.
- Assist in managing the practice’s social media presence and patient communication platforms.
- Additional responsibilities as needed by the practice
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- A friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor.
- No specific dental experience necessary. Willing to train the right candidate.
