We are seeking a dynamic and personable Part-Time Receptionist with a strong social media presence to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the front desk while also actively managing and enhancing our online presence across various social media platforms. Hours will be from 12-6 four to five days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, guests, and team members.
- Assist with inquiries, appointments, and general information.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy to enhance the company's online presence.
- Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond appropriately.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
