Position Summary
Working at our headquarters in Bloomfield, CT, the Office Manager will provide administrative and office management services designed to optimize the productivity of people and operations. There are 2 core components of this position – support to the General Manager, and office/facility management. Each are described in more detail below.
Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistant
· Provide comprehensive administrative support to the GM, to proactively assist in optimizing the GM’s time for priority and strategic items
· Support finance and procurement department by processing bills, payments, and customer information, issuing and following up on vendor purchase orders.
Office Management
· Manage incoming and outgoing mail
· Provide phone coverage and coordinate with other team members
· Manage building access for visitors and vendors
· Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized
· Coordinate with cleaning and plowing services to ensure a safe and comfortable working environment
· Organize and coordinate customer visits
· Manage patent and trademark applications and maintenance
· Handle warrantee documentation and processing
· Coordinate and maintain a paperless records management system
· Coordinate sample fulfillment department
Qualifications
Technical
· Proficient with common office technology, software, apps to include Word/Excel/PowerPoint, SharePoint, One Drive, Outlook, Teams and Zoom
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Customer service skills and orientation

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
