SalaryISO an experienced paralegal for small modern and full paperless personal injury litigation firm. Experience and knowledge of personal injury law & CT civil procedure is required. Great communication skills required. Basic technical and software skills required (specifically MS Office Suite/Word/Excel/Adobe Pro). Tasks would include:
- Drafting correspondence and demand letters;
- Drafting interrogatories;
- Case management, including communicating with clients & insurance companies;
- Basic motion drafting and e-filing;
- Sending out medical records/billing requests;
- Trial/arbitration/mediation/depo prep.
My needs are about 25-30 hours a week. Can be flexible with your schedule and hybrid in person and remote work model available depending on comfort level with technology solutions.
