Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond to customer orders and inquiries.
- Setting up and maintaining accounts in our software program
- Expedite service call tickets in response to equipment or product issues
- Troubleshoot customer issues, ensure timely and appropriate resolution
- Run Reports and complete by due dates
- Run monthly commissions
- Assistant administrative staff
- Receive products in our software program
- Ensure prices are correct and up to date
- Keep files in order and up to date
- Help ensure the office run smooths and task are completed on a daily basis
Skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word/Excel, with the ability to learn
- Ability to learn new software programs with ease
- Pricing and tax knowledge helpful
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Solid customer service orientation
- Professional composure in high-pressure, time-sensitive environment
- Date Entry
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced office setting
Qualifications
- High School diploma required
- A minimum of two (2) years business experience in a customer service or office environment (or a business setting requiring heavy customer service, computer and phone work) OR a Bachelors degree with six months of customer service office experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
