We are looking for two organized, self-directed, and positive individuals to join our administrative/Customer Service team. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Input, file, and invoice orders
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Collect on past due invoices
- Perform associated office tasks

You may be asked to work on miscellaneous projects (creating spreadsheets, scanning documents, putting together presentations, etc.) as needed.
