Looking for a reliable assistant in a busy Niantic office!
Responsibilities include filing, answering phone calls, communicating with customers, and similar office duties. Organizational skills, customer engagement, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are high priorities in this position.
Previous customer service experience or a prior customer facing position is a must. Office experience is a must, and any experience with Google Business platforms, such as email and calendars, is a plus. Ideally, this person should be independent and self-motivated, yet also comfortable being a part of a bigger team.
