We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and providing administrative support to the staff. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have a professional demeanor. The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
- Daily sorting of mail for logging and distribution/scanning to staff.
- Maintains inventory of office supplies.
- Provides support to administrative staff. Training will be provided for potential future position as administrator.
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Maintains security and telecommunications system.
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
