We are seeking a vibrant Receptionist/Administrator to join our team! Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer phones, provide general information, refer callers to other staff or take messages.
- Greet and direct guests accordingly.
- Monitor office supply inventory and orders supplies as necessary.
- Schedule and coordinate employee events and giveaways.
- Makes logistical arrangements necessary for internal and external meetings.
- Must have 2-3 years of administrative/clerical experience.
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of MS Office products.
- Highly organized with an attention to detail.
- Work harmoniously with people at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication skills including both written and verbal are required.
- Strong work ethic including the ability to self-manage work load, take direction and participate with others as required.
