Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct clients, visitors and guests to appropriate area or staff.
- Answers and screens calls as directed, record messages, determine callers’ needs and direct appropriately.
- Fax and e-mail correspondence as required. Route incoming faxes and notify individuals as directed.
- Performs administrative, accounting, and clerical support tasks
- Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and routes to appropriate parties.
- Required to perform other duties as requested, directed, and assigned
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 or more year’s reception experience in a busy, customer-oriented environment.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and strong listening skills, along with basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
- Very proficient with MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work well under pressure with minimum supervision
- Punctual
- Professional appearance
- Working knowledge of Cisco Phone System or similar multi-line phone system / switchboard.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
