Here at YA Skin Studio we are looking for a spa concierge with impeccable communication skills who is confident, reliable, has a great attention to detail, and loves working with people.

The position requires:
- Strong typing skills and proficiency in Google Suite
- Impeccable written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Warm and professional appearance and demeanor

- Excellent organizational & multitasking skills
- Knowledge of spa services and products
- Experience with customer service and sales
- Ability to collaborate with a team
- Basic math skills, cash handling and register reconciliation experience
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Education and Experience:
- 2+ years of customer service
- 2+ years of sales experience
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare, hospitality, spa or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Compensation starts at $19/hour- $23/hour
This is a full time position with Tue-Sat including evenings.
