Administrative Assistant
- First contact for families. Telephone and computer skills are required
- Answer phone calls and set up meetings for the funeral director, answer questions about the funeral services, scheduling and cases
- Receive incoming telephone calls and assist callers with any questions or comments in a polite and professional manner
- Assist Funeral Directors in meetings with families
- General administrative work, including data entry, scanning, typing, filing, etc.
- Take first calls from families, gather information and relay information to funeral directors

- Professional communication skills, both orally and in writing.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to accurately take messages and information.

- Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of standard office equipment.
- Interpersonal skills and phone skills
- Compassionate and attentive to details!
Job Type/ Schedule
Wednesdays and Fridays, some weekends.
Pay
$20-22 an hour, contingent on skills and work experience
