Job Description:
American Scientific Labs Inc. is searching for an effective ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / receptionist to answer phones, perform administrative tasks, and learn/grow their skills. The candidate must possess an excellent, can-do attitude and be flexible.
Main responsibilities include:
- Answer phones and provide customer support as needed
- Provide administrative and office support activities for multiple managers
- Greet visitors
- Organize paperwork and office
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Distribute and sort mail
- Perform data entry as needed
- Order supplies
The candidate must:
- Be a detail-oriented, multi-tasker
- Excellent internet research abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Follow-up and see tasks through to completion
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn and grow with the company
- Highly, motivated and able to complete ambiguous tasks
