Job Description: Receptionist
Tasks and Expectations
· Answering and transferring phone calls
· Greeting guests, potential employees, and visitors
· Determine the nature and purpose of visit
· Collect, sort, and distribute mail by departments
· Accept and collect packages
· Notifies company personnel in reference of visitor arrival
· Provides applications to potential employees
· May occasionally run errands and do miscellaneous tasks
· Hear and resolve any minor complaints from employees, customers, and/or public
· Provide information about our establishment such as; products we make, departments within the company, etc.
· Dress appropriately and professionally
· Assisting with HR tasks such as; filing paperwork, employee files, HR system (Paycom), orientation, etc.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Ability to give full attention to any situation
· Customer service skills
· Previous administration experience
· Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
