Abcor Home Health is a family-owned and operated home care agency and we are hiring an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to the Director of Operations.

Receptionist Responsibilities
- Assist callers and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, mail and packages
- Manage inventory and budget for corporate and local office purchasing
Administrative Responsibilities
- Assists with creating PowerPoint presentations, correspondence in Word and Excel spreadsheets
- Organize and manage project details using project management software and tools
- Vendor management
- Coordinate interview schedules
- Coordinate and compile sensitive and confidential information for the management team
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Professional phone demeanor
- Strong computer skills and aptitude (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint) with the aptitude to learn additional software skills
- Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize a variety of duties and not become overwhelmed
- Ability to problem solve with minimal guidance or direction
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
