Brief Description:
The position of Administrative Assistant consists of being responsible for providing administrative and clerical services to ensure effective and efficient operations.
Tasks:
· Answer phone calls and direct to appropriate parties or take messages.
· Attend meetings as needed.
· Conduct research, compile data, and prepare information as needed.
· File and retrieve documents, information, records, reports as needed.
· Organize your research and data and execute for perfection of titles.
· Perform general office duties including maintaining records management database systems and performing essential work as needed.
· Use Microsoft Office Suite efficiently (Primarily Word and Excel).
· Prepare reports, memos, letters, or other documents using work processing, spreadsheet, databases.
· Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and prioritize actions required.
Qualifications and requirements:
· Associates degree required or two years of college completed.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
· Able to learn proprietary software platforms.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stay organized, and willing to jump in where help is needed.
· Quick learner who loves a challenge and wants to be part of a growing company.
· Energy and enthusiasm to be part of a team.
· Positive, can do attitude.

About Us:
· We are located in North Broward County (Coral Springs).
· Our office hours are 9-5/M-F.
· We are in the recreational finance industry providing loans for people buying boats and RVs.
· We are a tight team that supports each other and always looking for ways to get a job done and have fun in the process.
