SalaryResponsibilities: Administrative assistant and Accounts Payable for Civil construction company.
- Organize and input vendor AP into accounting system
- Prepare and file documents, reports, and correspondence
- Utilize DocuSign or similar software to process and manage electronic documents
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department at the front desk
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, managing mail, and organizing files
- Assist with other clerical tasks as needed
Experience:
- Construction related administrative assistant experience is a plus
- Proven experience as an AP clerk or executive administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
