Receptionist

We are seeking a Full Time Receptionist

Pay: Varies based on experience

Location: Knoxville TN, 1401 N. Central Street Knoxville, TN 37917

Shift: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Greeting of all guests, customer, or current employees
• Attend to the needs of all guests.
• Service oriented attitude
• Answer phone calls, take messages, transfer to correct personnel.
• Assist with various office tasks, filing, paperwork, emails, errands, etc.
• Assist with various projects from different departments.
• Paying strong attention to detail
• Must be willing to undergo pre-employment background check required in accordance with local laws and regulations.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
