We are currently seeking a customer-focused office professional that is bilingual in Spanish who thrives on being an integral part of our dynamic team. Join us and contribute to our collaborative and vibrant workplace!

In this multifaceted role, the primary goal is to deliver comprehensive assistance and support to Best Buy Metals inside sales team, fostering both complete customer satisfaction and heightened sales. Additionally, this position entails serving as the initial point of contact for incoming customers and handling various reception tasks.

Starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $17.00, depending on experience.

Here are the responsibilities and expectations of this role to ensure we are the right fit for each other.

You’ll be responsible for (but not limited to):

• Answer incoming phone calls to be sorted and distributed to the appropriate inside sales rep.
• Provide unique customer service experience to all customers
• Helping the inside sales team with order confirmations, Google Reviews and delivery follow ups.
• Execute outbound communication strategy as directed by the management team.

The most qualified candidates will have:

• One year of experience in a customer-centric position within an office environment (required)
• Fluent in speaking both English and Spanish(required)
• Exceptional administrative abilities demonstrated through effective multitasking and the delivery of a world-class customer service experience.
• Effective communication expertise and proficiency in problem-solving.

• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,) and other applications. (required)
