We have an opportunity in our Allentown Office for a Payroll Coordinator. In this position, the successful individual will work with management to process payroll and implement benefit programs and services throughout the organization.

Position Responsibilities include:

• Prepare, reconcile, and accurately process weekly payroll in conjunction with payroll service.
• Complete data entry for personnel transactions such as entry of new hire information, leave of absences, time off, rate changes, and benefit deductions.
• Maintain accuracy in employee personnel and payroll data; generate standard and ad hoc reports for management.
• Prepare and maintain employment personnel records relating to onboarding, leave administration, performance management, and termination.
• Coordinate benefits open enrollment to include distributing information, completing appropriate paperwork, and processing system updates.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.

The ideal candidate has:

A minimum of three years’ experience in Payroll processing.

Exceptional customer service skills and ability to respond to sensitive situations with a high degree of confidentiality.

Working knowledge of payroll software.

Excellent organizational ability with a great attention to detail.

Excellent listening, writing, and oral communication skills.

Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.
