Duties
- Input into Quickbooks (receivables, invoices, payroll, taxes, etc)
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Maintain office files and records in both electronic and physical formats
- Assist with vendor management, including ordering supplies and coordinating services
- Assist with office management duties, including maintaining office supplies inventory and coordinating maintenance requests
Experience
- Proven experience in Quickbooks with a multi-million dollar budget.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in vendor management and coordination
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with office equipment
- Knowledge of payroll processes and finance is a plus
