```Duties```
- Perform general accounting tasks such as journal entries, account analysis, and financial reporting of our office and our clients.
- Preparer's Tax
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain and update office records and files
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax preparation
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage to manage financial transactions
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Proven experience in corporate accounting, general ledger accounting, and tax preparation
- Strong knowledge of budgeting processes and financial analysis
- Proficient in using accounting software such as Sage
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong analytical skills for account analysis and financial reporting
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in 10-key typing for efficient data entry
