W. H. Leary is excited about the opportunity to meet with you, and we hope you will consider joining our team as a Receptionist. This role not only entails answering incoming calls and performing clerical tasks, but it also requires you to provide administrative assistance within the office to support daily operations. In this role, you can look forward to interacting with customers in addition to our office team all while providing outstanding customer service.
Your responsibilities as a Receptionist include the ability to:
- Greet visitors to our corporate office and escort them to the appropriate location
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them properly to our team using the digital phone system
- Open and close the front office each day
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and distribute it to the correct recipients
- Provide Administrative Support to multiple departments
- Use Excel and other tools to put together various daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Prepare and submit orders using an ERP System
- Various other duties as assigned by the Office Manager
Your qualifications must consist of:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient use of computer software including Microsoft Office
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service
- Capable of prioritizing work and multitasking
- A friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
- Ability to develop rapport with customers
It would be great if you possess:
- Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
- Past exposure to Avaya computer software
- Familiarity with operating office equipment like printers and copy machines
