We are looking to hire a adept, eager, and self-motivated full-time Property Manager to "steer the ship" in the Houston Region.
There are 59 Bleisek units in our Houston region, with plans to expand soon ~
● 32-unit apartment complex in Prairie View
● 13-single family homes in Cypress
● 3-single family homes in Hockley
● 4-properties in Houston (1 duplex)
● 1- single family home in Livingston
● 1- single family home in Magnolia
● 1- single family home in Missouri City
● 2- single family homes in Richmond
● 2- single family homes in Spring
Position Details
1. Full-time Houston Property Manager
2. Reports directly to Bleisek’s Operations Manager
3. You will take part in all of Bleisek’s Houston property management
4. This will include:
a. Maintaining 100% occupancy
b. Collecting and processing tenant rent
c. Tracking and recording rent via Bleisek’s property management software, DoorLoop.
d. Proactive listing and management of upcoming expiring leases
e. Coordinating with vendors and contractors to schedule repairs or maintenance
f. Looking after property grounds
g. Routine updates and status reporting to Bleisek’s Operations Manager
h. An active Real Estate license is not required, but you must be willing to obtain one via Bleisek's preferred Real Estate Broker who handles all of their transactions: Blair Realty Group
i. Guiding applicants through the application process, including the completion and submission of HUD/Section 8 paperwork.
j. Assist with tasks as assigned by Bleisek's Operations Manager
5. You must be a local resident in Houston Area and willing to travel to any of the properties noted above.
6. At least a year of Property Management experience is preferred
7. This position is for an eager, independent, motivated individual who is ready to grow with our companies
8. Benefits are earned, not given and may be possible at some point
9. THIS IS NOT A 9-5, M-F ROLE. This role requires someone who can (and will) make themselves available for emails, text, and answer their work phone on weekends or after-hours as needed. As day-to-day operations become more seamless, weekend & after-hours (5pm) work will not be as prevalent.
