Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager facilitate between Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables to join our core of well trained team. You will be part of our team in a limited customer service capacity, but actively assist in departments to facilitate efficiency across the companies growth.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring accounts receivables and contacting customers accounts payable to collect amongst different invoice models.
- Provide management with requested reports and documents of paying vendors and/ or past due clients.
- Seeking alternative way to limit expenses or cost effectively find new vendors for maintaining office operations. Familiar with vendors payment schedules and schedule of services or discrepancies.
- Keeping in contact with single remote employee(s) using Upwork/Teams to ensure procedures are being accessed and executed with invoices.
- Pre-screen and recruit potential employees/interns
Other responsibilities outside of headline title include:
- Monitor minimized IT such as keeping anti-virus up to date and communicating with Voip company about existing issues or products to improve services.
- Familiar with CRM software to maintain new client retention about Elegant Textiles services
- Periodically Interacting with vendors and engineers to ensure building and safety standards are current as well as cost of goods are sufficient.
- Providing support for on and off interns to ad hoc duties.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and organize/manage multiple projects or priorities;
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts while maintaining important and effective relationships.
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge with quickbooks and asana is a plus
- Excel is a requirement
