Adecco is assisting a company in the San Bernardino area for an Admin Assistant.  This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate.  Please review the details below and if you meet the qualifications listed please Apply Now!

Responsibilities and Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, handling data entry tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations by utilizing various software tools such as Microsoft Office. They will also communicate with staff and possibly clients to facilitate the flow of information within the office. Even Simpler: This job is like being the person who keeps everything in order at an office. You'll make sure everyone knows when meetings are, put information into computers, and help everyone stay organized using computer programs.

To be considered for this position, you should:

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

·         Strong communication skills for interacting with staff and clients.

·         Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

·         Experience with data entry and maintaining databases.

·         Ability to handle scheduling for multiple individuals or teams.

·         Prior experience in an administrative support role.

·         Fast Learner

·         Bilingual in Spanish

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
