Adecco is assisting a local client in Lod Gatos, CA in finding an Administrative Assistant. This is a possible temp to Hire role. Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm at $35.00 to $45.00 DOE. Please apply today for consideration!!

 

Job Summary The candidate will serve as an Administrative Assistant specializing in the mortgage and loan services sector. They will support loan processing activities by gathering documents and verifying information; coordinate title searches and manage related issues; assist in escrow account transactions; and provide general administrative support.

 

Skill Requirements:

 

·         3+ years Admin Escrow and Title experience

·         In-depth knowledge of mortgage and loan processing procedures

·         Experience with title management, including conducting title searches and examinations.

·         Familiarity with escrow practices, such as opening/closing accounts and coordinating transactions.

·         Proficiency in relevant software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Loan Management Systems)

·         Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

 

Bonus:

·         Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

·         $35.00 to $45.00 DOE

·         Weekly Pay- Every Friday

·         Temp to Perm opportunity!

Pay Details: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
