We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Assistant to join our team! This ideal candidate will be responsible for setting the first impression and providing excellent customer service with our tenants, vendors, and staff members as well as visitors for all Quincy properties.
This position requires administrative and organizational skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a pleasant and professional presentation both on the phone and in person. Reliability is a must for this position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work directly with the Property and Operations Manager in assisting with daily tasks
- Assist in overseeing the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests.
- Maintaining tenant files, contact sheets and other records.
- Answering telephones; managing inquiries and routing calls accordingly
- Taking accurate messages and relaying them promptly
- Greeting all office visitors in a warm, pleasant, and helpful manner
- Building positive relationships with prospective and current tenants
- Manage agendas, appointments, meetings, etc.
- General administrative duties, including printing labels, creating files, emails, scans, posting notices, general filing, and maintaining supply inventory
- Assist with marketing and tenant events
- Work closely with Marketing Agent to assist with tasks as needed.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Highly motivated with initiative
- Prior Real Estate experience (Preferred)
- Bi-lingual skills (Preferred)
