Responsibilities:

• Transcribe voice mail messages from property owners and input relevant information into our CRM.
• Research property details provided by owners and update our CRM accordingly.
• Assist in preparing necessary documents for property transactions.
• Make outbound calls to gather additional information from property owners who did not leave sufficient details in their messages.
• Follow up with leads to determine ongoing interest in selling their property.

Requirements:

• Friendly demeanor to build rapport with property owners.
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
• Comfortable with frequent phone communication.
• Team player mentality to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Highly organized with CRM management skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Flexibility to assist with various tasks as needed.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Excellent written English with attention to detail.
• Pleasing personality for positive interactions with clients and partners.

Preferred Qualification:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish(not necessary).

Compensation: This is an hourly position with the potential for bonuses. Successful candidates may earn bonuses for each property deal facilitated, providing significant earning potential.
