Must be enrolled at a University throughout the length of the internship and must be on-site at Royal Credit Union Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI for the duration of the internship. The position will start May 2024 and go through May 2025. We invite students attending UW-Eau Claire, UW-Stout, and Chippewa Valley Technical College to apply.

Description:
As a Project Coordinator intern at Royal Credit Union you will play a key role in supporting our project management team. This position is ideal for a college student majoring in Business and Information Technology who is eager to gain real-world experience in project coordination and management of corporate projects. You will collaborate with various departments, assisting in the planning, execution, and completion of projects.
Work Schedule:
- Working approximately 12-15 hours per week during the school year and up to 40 hours per week during the summer.
- Must be able to work onsite at Royal Credit Union Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI throughout the school year and during breaks.
- This is a limited term, non-benefit eligible, position that will start May 2024 and go through May 2025. If selected for the internship, you must be able to commit to the full 12 months.
Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging.
- Foundation Training covers fundamental information about Royal’s culture and core values which sets the stage for team members to be successful within our organization.
- Enrolled at a University throughout the length of the internship, pursuing a degree in Business, Information Technology, or a similar field.
- Basic understanding of project management principles, practices, or experience through coursework, projects, or work experience
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks or projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining quality in a high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Able to maintain composure and effectively manage conflict.
- Ability to clearly communicate new processes and procedures via email to team members.
- Work efficiently in a high-volume environment with multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
- Produce accurate and high-quality materials, data entry, and transactions.
- Establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives under minimal supervision.
- Handle and resolve recurring problems.
- Work productively in a team environment with high levels of interruption.
