Job Title: Project Coordinator
This is a full-time, exempt, salary position.
Location – Circle’s corporate office – 4606 N 132nd St, Butler, WI 53007
Job Summary:
Circle Electric is looking for an administrative genius to join our organization and support our Project Management team! We currently have five Project Managers and a Service Manager and our team is growing. We are looking to bring in a highly motivated, self-starter who will readily jump in and ask, “How can I help?” Ideally, the right person will already have Project Coordinator experience and know the areas that they can add value without even needing to be asked.
Responsibilities:
- Under the direction of our Project Managers, the Project Coordinator will assist with all administrative tasks pertaining to the project delivery process
- Enter project budgets
- Enter order acknowledgements
- Pull project permits
- Create purchase orders
- Order materials
- Schedule material deliveries to jobsites
- Request COIs
- Coordinate site walks with customers
- Assist field Electricians by providing necessary documentation and resources such as job/work order numbers, plan revisions, permits, etc
- Assist with other administrative office duties, as requested
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

- High school diploma
- 3 years of previous Project Coordination experience, in electrical industry is a huge plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong ability to problem solve and think critically as situations arise
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and cater approach to different Project Manager and customer specifications
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Thrive in a team atmosphere
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer for extended periods of time.
- Good eyesight and hand-eye coordination for accurate data entry and reading of project plans and specifications.
- Good hearing and ability to talk for effective communication with clients, contractors, and team members.
- The ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds of materials, such as project documents, plans, and equipment.
