Job Title: Project Coordinator

This is a full-time, exempt, salary position.

Location – Circle’s corporate office – 4606 N 132nd St, Butler, WI 53007

 

Job Summary:

Circle Electric is looking for an administrative genius to join our organization and support our Project Management team! We currently have five Project Managers and a Service Manager and our team is growing. We are looking to bring in a highly motivated, self-starter who will readily jump in and ask, “How can I help?” Ideally, the right person will already have Project Coordinator experience and know the areas that they can add value without even needing to be asked.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Under the direction of our Project Managers, the Project Coordinator will assist with all administrative tasks pertaining to the project delivery process
  • Enter project budgets
  • Enter order acknowledgements
  • Pull project permits
  • Create purchase orders
  • Order materials
  • Schedule material deliveries to jobsites
  • Request COIs
  • Coordinate site walks with customers
  • Assist field Electricians by providing necessary documentation and resources such as job/work order numbers, plan revisions, permits, etc
  • Assist with other administrative office duties, as requested
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • 3 years of previous Project Coordination experience, in electrical industry is a huge plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong ability to problem solve and think critically as situations arise
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and cater approach to different Project Manager and customer specifications
  • Proficient with Microsoft office suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Thrive in a team atmosphere

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Good eyesight and hand-eye coordination for accurate data entry and reading of project plans and specifications.
  • Good hearing and ability to talk for effective communication with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • The ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds of materials, such as project documents, plans, and equipment.
