The Credit Department at Kwik Trip, Inc. is seeking a new coworker to join our team as a full time Project Coordinator II.
The overall focus of the Project Coordinator II is to assist and help organize projects and initiatives related to the Credit and Treasury department. This position will work on multiple projects with the Project Management team to provide support in project planning and implementation and may serve as the lead Project Coordinator for smaller projects.
Regular tasks include but are not limited to:
- Assist in the prioritization and execution of department initiatives and maintenance and providing status updates to the Project Manager
- Assist in coordinating all internal project activities in cooperation with department and company initiatives
- Communicate all new developments, objectives, procedures, and information to departments to the Project Manager
- Assist in updating documentation, writing and editing reports, presentations, and summaries
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-year degree and at least one year of related experience is required.
- Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, training, and time management skills.
- Knowledge of relationship management practices and principles.
- Knowledge of internal structure, systems, and services for Kwik Trip, Inc. as well as Credit, AR, & Collections would be a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of iSeries AS400, Databases, and project management programs such as Jira and ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of customer data and processes related to Kwik Rewards Loyalty Program.
- Skill in effectively connecting with a wide variety of personalities.
- Organization skills, including in prioritizing tasks effectively and time management.
- Skill in communicating effectively to both large and small groups both orally and in written form.
- Ability to respond to continually changing priorities and multitask multiple projects.
- Ability to listen to direction and communicate that direction to a group effectively.
- Ability to be flexible by adapting decisions, changes or actions to facilitate the best results for the company.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday working daytime hours.
