This position is located in the Contact Center, Headquarters Blythewood SC.
Responsibilities of the Office Supervisor II
Supervises the daily operations of the Quality Assurance Unit; and provide leadership support as directed by manager. Assist the Change Management Coordinator in reviewing the workload and operating procedures, effectively directs workflow to ensure quality monitoring expectations are met.
Conducts assessments of all Quality Assurance agents quality and ensuring the teams daily performances relate to all DMV laws, policies and procedures to ensure the quality assurance and service level standards/goals are met. Tracks and maintains daily attendance and performance statistics are met.
Reviews the findings generated from Quality reports and makes recommendations for process changes in addition to generating new processes. Provide reporting, charts, and presentations as required by manager. As needed or request by manager provide individual coaching and development plans using agents' performance data to validate progress improvement.
Reviews training material and resources for accuracy and ensures employee usage. Creates and maintain Cloud or resource documentation. Conducts Wednesday Morning Training sessions as needed.
Coordinates and implements changes to DMV policies and procedures and participates in meetings as required.
Responsible for ensuring Employee Performance Management System (EPMS) reviews are completed for supervised employees by scheduled due date. Other duties as may be assigned.
Performs other duties as assigned by Change Management Coordinator.
Minimum Requirements
A high school diploma and relevant experience.
Additional Requirements
Basic knowledge of SCDMV laws, regulations, policies and procedures, Phoenix system or the ability to acquire the required knowledge in an expeditious manner. Knowledge of instructional design; knowledge of organizational structure and functions.
Ability to coach and develop staff based on unit needs.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage routine and assigned tasks efficiently.
Ability to communicate effectively and to apply problem solving and conflict resolution techniques to escalated issues.
Ability to effectively communicate complex policies and procedures to employees.
Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, and MS Word.
The Program Coordinator will work under limited supervision and report directly to the Change Management Coordinator.
May be required to work extended hours outside of the normal scheduled work week.
