Duties
- Coordinate and oversee program activities, ensuring they align with organizational goals and objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective program delivery
- Manage program budgets, including monitoring expenses and making adjustments as needed
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining program documentation and records
- Assist program staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular evaluations to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Foster positive relationships with program participants and community stakeholders
Skills
- Strong program development and management skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as documentation and record-keeping
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and groups
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word Punctual, adaptable, embraces challenges, and goal-oriented
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
