Job Description
Coordinates Comprehensive Palliative Care for Serious Illness (CPC SI) program design, implementation and daily administrative activities. Coordinates service delivery processes for CPC SI program. Conducts special projects at Palliative Care leadership's request; prepares and presents reports. Provides direction and guidance to staff concerning program issues and activities. Attends all administrative meetings with BCBSSC and CaroNova to report status/needs and collaborates with stakeholders in both partnering organizations ; presents information for discussion and/or decision-making purposes; responds to requests for information. Reviews program objectives to determine compatibility with program's mission; assesses programs and implements policy, procedure or rule changes. Participates in the management of the CPC SI Program; attends agency planning sessions, recommends allocation of resources, provides feedback to employees and Palliative Care Leadership.
