Job description

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Home Personal Assistant. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks and activities. Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist with event planning and organization
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Conduct research on various topics as assigned
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Provide support in managing personal tasks and errands

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a plus
- Previous experience in office management or administrative support is preferred

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or related field is a plus
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Excellent time management skills
